Christopher
Olson
Christopher Olson, born March 27th, 1958, is presently employed as a community
health care nurse for the Interior Health Authority in Kelowna, B.C.,
Canada. He finished his training in Gisborne, New Zealand, in 1981, graduating
as a registered nurse, at which time he was awarded the Silver Medal for
general excellence in nursing. Since then, he has practiced in a variety
of areas: acute geriatrics; surgical: vascular surgical; critical care
float; ICU; Recovery Room: assistant head nurse; clinical resource nurse;
head nurse; on-hill nurse at Big White Ski Resort; RN for a private nursing
home; partner/operator of private nursing company; government home care
nurse in the Okanagan since 1995.
