 CARING FOR SENIORSUntil now seniors requiring assistance had few options. This video illustrates a modern approach; fostering independence, choice and dignity! A series of poignant interviews with clients and family members profile three different modes of care: Home Care, Assisted Living and Residential Care. Home Care is for seniors wishing to remain in their own homes as long as possible. In this client-centered approach, a team of community care professionals develop and implement a personalized care plan. With Assisted Living, seniors reside in a private apartment in a complex. Meals, house-keeping, laundry are provided, and help with activities of daily living, like bathing and medications. Residential Care is for those with more complex health needs that require 24-hour nursing. This system meets the needs of seniors.......for today and future generations!
